1. Membership Overview Our Membership provides access to a wide range of activities, courses, and experiences designed to enrich your life, build community, and foster personal growth. Members will enjoy the following benefits: Various levels of outdoor exercise, Homestead cooking courses, Fishing events, Massages, Photoshoots, Winemaking, Art and music sessions, Business mentorship, Dream and vision-building courses, Hiking excursions, Campfires, Movie nights, Monthly “True” stories mailed to your address, Wine, honey, and quarterly gifts mailed to you. Access to the community garden, Seasonal fruit harvesting, Canning workshops, Trail rides, Yoga classes, Various therapies, Natural remedies to the art of living, Master Falconer Hawk Experience, and the potential of forever friendships.
2. Membership Dues Membership is billed every year. Payment is due on the 1st of the billing month. Payments not received by this date may result in suspension of Membership benefits.
3. Term and Termination Membership is on a year-to-year basis. REFUND ______You may cancel at any time by providing written notice at least 7 days before the next billing cycle. We reserve the right to terminate your Membership for non-payment or violation of the terms outlined in this Agreement.
4. Member Responsibilities Members agree to participate respectfully in all activities and interactions. Members must RSVP for events and activities where required to ensure proper accommodations.
5. Liability Waiver By participating in Membership activities, you acknowledge and assume all risks associated with outdoor and physical activities. We are not liable for injuries or damages incurred during Membership events.
6. Privacy and Communication Your personal information will be kept confidential and used only for communication related to Membership activities and benefits. Monthly mailings and updates will be sent to the address provided at sign-up. Please notify us of any changes to your contact information.
7. Updates to Membership Benefits We may add or adjust Membership benefits to enhance your experience. Members will be notified of any significant changes.
